How do I use Ancient or Ocean Minerals Magnesium Oil?

In three ways:

1. DIRECTLY ON THE SKIN. Simply spraying and rubbing magnesium chloride oil directly into the skin in concentrated form is the most economical method of application and offers the most benefits. 2. WARM BATH. Adding 150ml of Minerals magnesium oil  to a relaxing warm bath provides a relaxing and health enhancing “magnesium soak.”  It detoxes the body of unwanted heavy metals, acids and toxins in a far superior way to other salt type baths

How much do I use?
