What is Tahini?
Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame which originated in the Arabic speaking countries of the Mediterranean. It is used to make mouth-watering sauces and pastas and there are many new traditional recipes that combine Tahini to suit the individual taste.

Tahini has one of the best supplies of vitamins E, F, and T as well as vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B15, Biotin and Choline and a fair source of vitamin A.
