How to Order
Online
When browsing our online store, items can be purchased by choosing the quantity and/or size and colour of the item and clicking the 'add to cart' button. This will add your items to your shopping cart. The shopping cart is located on the left under products. At any time you can check out the delivery costs to your area by clicking on 'Calculate Shipping' in your shopping cart. Continue adding required items to your cart. When you have finished shopping, click on ‘checkout’ in the shopping cart area or 'Basket' on the top right to finalise your order. Enter the required information into fields and choose your delivery and payment options.
Mail Order
Proceed as above for online ordering. Choose 'Print & Post' as your payment method. Post with your money order or credit card details to

Payment Options
Secure online
This shopping cart has 128bit Secure Socket Layer protection, the highest level protection for internet sales. The checkout securely encrypts all payment information when a small padlock appears in the bottom right hand corner of your internet browser.
We accept MasterCard or Visa. Please note your credit card will not be charged until we confirm the products you have ordered are available.
Direct Deposit
Our account details will appear at checkout if you choose this option.

Pay by Phone
If you are concerned about leaving credit card details online, call 1300 559 309 during business hours to pay by MasterCard or Visa using our in-store ANZ Eftpos machine. With all options your parcel will be posted on confirmation of payment.

Delivery
Orders placed Mon-Fri before 9am will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 9am or on weekends and public holidays will be despatched next business day. If any item you ordered is not in stock we will contact you to let you know expected despatch date and/or to recieve further instruction from you.
We use Australia post to deliver your parcels. Delivery takes between 1-10 days depending on your area and state. Items can be express posted if required. Please contact us directly on 1300 559 309 to organize this.
Orders for Murwillumbah and Uki Customers will be delivered each afternoon Free of charge

Please contact us or leave your questions in the comments field at checkout if you are concerned about the cost of your parcel delivery or the option you require is not there. We are very flexible and don't mind going out of our way to help. We do not charge your credit card in real time so there is always time for us to look at the size of your parcel and check to see if the quote is correct.
*Note* some exclusions may apply to your area so check with us first e.g. cartons of disposable nappies, 20kg bulk cleaning products to NT, WA, SA, TAS, Mattresses always need to be quoted individually. We will contact you once we receive your order and calculate cost. Please contact us for further information and/or a delivery quote.

Privacy Policy
Mama Aum respects your privacy. At no time will we sell, rent or give away personal information to a third party except where required by law. We use personal information collected to provide you with our services and/or delivery and to maintain proper business records.
We do not keep credit card information on file. Credit card details are used for the payment of orders and immediately destroyed to safe guard you against fraudulent use of your card. New credit card details will be required with subsequent purchases.
Your personal information may also be used to notify you about new products or promotions via email or mail. If you complete checkout you will automatically receive our newsletter or e-news. Please contact us or let us know at checkout if you do not wish to receive our e-news or use the feature on the news letter to unsubscribe.

Returns and Exchanges
Mama Aum takes great care to provide you with products of exceptional quality. Each item is double checked before postage to ensure it reaches you as the manufacturer intended. If for some reason an item is faulty please contact us via telephone or email as soon as possible so we can arrange for you to return it to us postage paid, for a refund or exchange. Note: washing nappies and covers in chlorine bleach such as Napisan will void the warranty, as will using vinegar to rinse PUL and nylon covers (except where suggested by the manufacturer on the label).
We want you to be happy with what you purchase from us but understand how difficult it can be to imagine what a product feels and looks like when you buy it online. If for any reason you feel unsatisfied with your purchase send unwashed, unused item in original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or credit note. Please contact us via telephone or email first for authorization.
Delivery costs will be refunded only if the item is faulty.
Packaging
We recycle packaging received from our suppliers and white plastic bags collected from fashion shops to pack your order. Please reuse where possible. If your item is a gift please let us know at checkout and we will make sure it is well presented.
Gift Vouchers
Sometimes finding the perfect gift can be difficult with so much to choose from. Why not purchase a Mama Aum gift voucher! They are available in any denomination from our Gifts department or by calling 1300 559 309 during business hours. Gift vouches can be sent via email or mailed free to your gift recipient.

Gift Wrapping
If you are purchasing a gift you may like to have it wrapped in Earth Garden wrap with a matching gift tag attached. Earth Garden range of cards and wrap are made from Australian made environmentally friendly recycled paper, and soy based ink. if you would like gift wrapping please let us know in the comments field at checkout. Earth Garden wrap and gift card cost $5.95. White tissue paper and gift card $1.50. Please remember to leave the message you want written on the card in the comments field.
The Earth Garden range is also available for purchase in our Gift department or Eco Living department.
